    Since the remodel job, Jay's McDonald's looks pretty good inside. Sometimes the food is fresh but more times, it's not. I've worked there before and know there's time limits on the food that if not sold, it has to be thrown out and remade. The day crew is EXCELLENT. The night crew is all the young kids and that's where a lot of bad service and wrong orders are. Js

    Awful customer service. My food has been wrong multiple times and the food was gross like its been cooked then still sitting all day then recooked the next day. Which might be why the food at this McDonald's makes me sick so I won't be eating there anymore.
